Study confirms positive effect of whole grain
The British Medical Journal reported that scientists in a meta analysis of 45 studies on the health benefits of whole grain consumption found further evidence for a relationship between whole grain intake and health. For example, the daily consumption of three servings of whole grain reduced the risk of many “modern” diseases. It was also reported that it is difficult to find and buy whole grain products - demonstrating again that bakeries need the WHOLE GRAIN INDEX! Link
