Study confirms positive effect of whole grain
The British Medical Journal reported that scientists in a meta analysis of 45 studies on the health benefits of whole grain consumption found further evidence for a relationship between whole grain intake and health. For example, the daily consumption of three servings of whole grain reduced the risk of many “modern” diseases.
